Presents & Chocolate
Available 4 December 2026
Release overview
Presents & Chocolate puts a bright late-90s/early-00s UK garage two-step under the excited, messy reality of family Christmas morning.
The clean 3:32 single follows six-o’clock present shaking, wrapping paper everywhere, selection-box negotiations and a sugar-rush dance around the tree. Its chorus turns the title into a simple singalong joke about Christmas “presence”.

Presents & Chocolate
Christmas morning, here we go
Lights are up, the whole house glows
One for you and one for me
Chocolate waiting by the tree
Up at six, I'm wide awake
Grab each box and give it a shake
Paper flying round the room
Christmas records going boom
New pair of socks, a brand-new game
One weird gift with no one's name
Big red bow and little gold tag
Chocolate coins in a paper bag
Rip it open, what'd you get?
Best one's probably hiding yet
Pass that parcel over here
Christmas only comes once a year
Presents and chocolate, chocolate and presents
That's what I call Christmas presence
Rip that paper, open that box
Grab some sweets from the selection box
Presents and chocolate all day long
Turn it up, it's our Christmas song
One more sweet and one surprise
Christmas morning, good times, alright
Quality Street goes round and round
Toffee coin's gone when I sit down
Heroes, Roses, Celebrations
Everyone's got their combinations
Chocolate orange, give it a crack
Someone's hiding sweets at the back
Dad says, "Save some room for tea"
Then eats another two or three
Rip it open, what'd you get?
Best one's probably hiding yet
Pass that chocolate over here
Christmas only comes once a year
Presents and chocolate, chocolate and presents
That's what I call Christmas presence
Rip that paper, open that box
Grab some sweets from the selection box
Presents and chocolate all day long
Turn it up, it's our Christmas song
One more sweet and one surprise
Christmas morning, good times, alright
Oi, who nicked the last Malteser?
Check your pocket, mate, I see ya
Two-step round the Christmas tree
Sugar rush by quarter to three
Shake that box and tear that wrap
Chocolate fingers, Christmas tat
Little bit messy, little bit loud
That's what Christmas is about
Presents and chocolate, chocolate and presents
That's what I call Christmas presence
Rip that paper, open that box
Grab some sweets from the selection box
Presents and chocolate all day long
Turn it up, it's our Christmas song
One more sweet and one surprise
Christmas morning, good times, alright
Presents and chocolate
